At ParaWiki, points of view (POVs) – cognitive perspectives – are essential to articles which treat these typically not well understood subjects. Many of the ideas and subjects this wiki is attempting to document are very personal in nature and depend very heavily on the point of view of individual observers.

That said, an attempt to provide a broad overview and to include the major points of view on a topic will, undoubtedly, leave some POV's out.

[edit] What to Do?

If you come across an article that needs attention regarding it's point of view, place {{POV-check}} or {{Npov}} at the top of the suspect article, then explain your reasons on the talk page of the suspect article. The goal is for rational discussion of the issues amongst editors to come up with a path of clear explaination for the reader.
